Nestled in the beautiful BonTon Historic district of Bozeman Montana sits a run down, non-contributing residence.  Local Element has teamed up with new ownership of this property to redevelop the site. Our goals were simple.  Create two townhomes on the lot that were contemporary in nature, and that fit in the context of the existing historic neighborhood.  The property will be landscaped with gardens and sustainable plants.  Both entrances face North along a central pathway that connects the alley to the street.
