MODERN CABIN

Preliminary design for a modern cabin that will be modularly built.  Components of the building will be built in a controlled environment and assembled on site.  While this is not as quick as setting up a container home on a site, it will decrease construction time in remote areas.

The project is designed to be your basecamp for your Montana adventures.  Designed as a vacation rental it has 2 bedrooms with additional sleeping arrangements, open living spaces with expansive decks, and an adventure pantry that is loaded with everything from bikes to bear-spray for you and your guests to use.  Upon securing a proper site, Local Element will commence the remainder of the design and work with a management partner to create a new standard for hospitality cabins.
